YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS
Privacy policy
Effective: October 9, 2026
This policy explains image processing and website information handling in Picnori. It applies to the current service, which does not run advertising or visitor analytics scripts.
1. Image processing and storage
The converter does not send selected images, filenames, image metadata, previews or converted results to an external server. Conversion takes place in your browser.
Images and results remain in browser memory for your current task. Removing an item or closing the page releases associated resources and temporary URLs. The browser and operating system control when memory is physically reclaimed.
Downloaded images and ZIP archives are files on your device. You manage and delete these files yourself; Picnori cannot access them remotely.
2. Website access and hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Opening the site can involve processing your IP address, requested URL and browser information by the hosting provider. This is separate from uploading a selected image.
Cloudflare may process access information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. See its privacy policy for further information about handling and retention. Picnori has no account database or image storage server.
3. Browser preferences
Picnori stores your appearance preference in browser localStorage under “picnori-theme”. Its value is system, light or dark, and it is not an advertising tracking identifier.
The preference may remain until you change it or clear site data in your browser. Images and converted results are not stored in localStorage.
4. Advertising and analytics
The site currently does not run Google AdSense advertising, Google Analytics or other visitor analytics scripts. It includes no code that creates advertising cookies or advertising identifiers.
Before introducing advertising or analytics, we will update this policy to reflect the providers and data involved and implement consent where required for the applicable regions.
5. Your choices and policy changes
You decide which files to select and download. Clear the list or close the page to finish a task. Use your browser’s site-data controls to remove the saved appearance preference.
If information handling changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
